Glucose monohydrate used as a sweetener and carbohydrate source in the food, beverage and fermentation industries.

Dextrose monohydrate (D-glucose monohydrate) is a water-soluble crystalline sugar obtained by the hydrolysis of corn starch. It is used as a sweetener in food and beverage production, as a carbon source in fermentation processes and as a filler in some food supplement formulations.
