AEEA (N-(2-aminoethyl)ethanolamine) is an amino alcohol containing both amine and hydroxyl groups. It is used as an intermediate in the synthesis of epoxy resin hardeners, lubricant additives and chelating agents, and as a component in gas treating (CO2/H2S capture) solutions.
