Ammonium salt used as a fertilizer, a battery electrolyte and a soldering auxiliary.

Ammonium chloride is an odorless white crystalline solid with a salty taste. It is used in nitrogen fertilizer production, as an electrolyte component in zinc-carbon batteries, as a flux in metal soldering and in the food industry.
