Argentinian quebracho tree extract used as a vegetable tannin source in leather tanning.

Quebracho tannin extract is a vegetable tanning material containing condensed tannins (flavan-3-ol derivatives), obtained by hot water extraction from the quebracho tree (Schinopsis balansae/lorentzii). It is used in vegetable tanning and retanning processes in the leather sector.
