Inorganic phosphate salt used as a pH regulator and buffering agent in the food, water treatment and fertilizer industries.

Anhydrous monosodium phosphate is an inorganic salt occurring as a white crystalline powder or granules that gives an acidic reaction when dissolved in water. It is used as an acidity regulator/buffering agent in the food industry, as a pH adjuster in water treatment and as a phosphorus source in fertilizer formulations.
