Detergents and Cleaning Products

This group covers the raw materials used in liquid and powder detergents, dishwashing products, fabric softeners and industrial or institutional cleaning formulations.

Surfactants

• Anionic: linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid (LABSA) in standard, H and light-color grades, sodium laureth sulfate (SLES 70%), Texapon N28, C14-16 olefin sulfonate, secondary alkane sulfonate and dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate.
• Nonionic: C12-14 and C12-18 fatty alcohol ethoxylates (Dehydol LS and LT series), nonylphenol ethoxylates (Neonol AF 9 series) and isotridecyl alcohol ethoxylates.
• Amphoteric and cationic: cocamidopropyl betaine, cocamide DEA, lauramine oxide, benzalkonium chloride and esterquat softener bases.
• Hydrotrope: sodium cumenesulfonate.

Builders, alkalis and chelating agents

• Sodium tripolyphosphate in powder and low-density granule form, tetrasodium and tetrapotassium pyrophosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, disodium and monosodium phosphate and trisodium citrate.
• Sodium carbonate in light and dense grades, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, sodium silicate solutions, sodium hydroxide in flake, bead and liquid form, potassium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate.
• Chelating agents: disodium and tetrasodium EDTA, ATMP 50%, HEDP, DTPMP and sodium gluconate.

Bleaching, acid and auxiliary chemicals

• Sodium percarbonate as an oxygen-based bleach, sodium hypochlorite solution and hydrogen peroxide.
• Acids for descaling and sanitary cleaners: citric acid in anhydrous and monohydrate form, sulfamic acid, phosphoric acid 85%, hydrochloric acid 30%, acetic acid solution, formic acid, p-toluenesulfonic acid and sodium bisulfate.
• Solvents, fillers and preservatives: butyl diglycol, hexylene glycol, D-limonene, refined sodium sulfate, borax decahydrate and DMDM hydantoin.
