Technical grade phospholipid mixture used as an emulsifier/release agent in feed, paint and industrial applications.
Technical soy lecithin is a phospholipid mixture separated from crude soybean oil that is less refined than the food grade form. It is used as an animal feed additive, as a mold release agent, as a wetting-dispersing agent in paint/ink formulations and as a lubricant in the leather and textile industries. It is supplied in a highly viscous, semi-solid (paste) form.
